Hello visitors to this site! I am Ms. Truong and this is my third year teaching elementary art. I teach at a public charter school just outside of Houston, Texas in a suburb called Sugarland. It’s a K-5 school of about 620 students. It is my first year at this school and I am lucky enough to be the first one to have an art room here! I have taught art 2 years prior in other schools and lived overseas teaching English for 1 year. Each year, I am amazed at the artwork the kids create. So I’ve finally decided to create an online space to showcase their talents. I plan on documenting every lesson on the blog so come back for updates on see what’s going in art class =)
